Welcome! This site is here to help you find answers to life's questions from God's Word.

Whether you are at a place in your life where you admit it or not, the fact is, every person (every soul) has a problem.... It's called SIN.

The wonderful news is that GOD HAS THE ONE AND ONLY SOLUTION to your soul's problem!

Who is a sinner & who is righteous before God?

Romans 3:23, says "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” We have all sinned. We have all done things that are displeasing to God. There is no one who is innocent.

Romans 3:10-18 gives a detailed picture of what sin looks like in our lives: As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:  There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.  They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips:  Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness:  Their feet are swift to shed blood:  Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known:  There is no fear of God before their eyes.”

What is the consequence of sin?

The fact that all have sinned is a BIG problem for mankind. Romans 6:23, teaches us about the consequences of sin - "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." The punishment that we earned for our sins is death. Not just physical death, but eternal death - complete separation from God!

Who paid the price for our sin?

God, however, did not leave us without hope. That same verse that says we deserve death went on to say "BUT the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." And we are told in Romans 5:8 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." It is an undisputed historical fact that Jesus Christ died on a Roman cross, but the Bible tells us WHY he died: his death was for our benefit. Jesus' death paid the price that we owed for our sins, and Jesus' resurrection proves that God accepted the death of Jesus as complete payment for our sins.

The only way out of our trouble

The Bible says that God wants everyone to be saved from the consequences of sin, and that the free gift of salvation is available to all. But not all take it. God says that salvation belongs only to those that believe. Romans 10:9 states, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Because of Jesus' death on our behalf, all we have to do is believe in Him, trusting His death as the complete payment for our sins - and we will be saved! Romans 10:13 says it again, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.“ Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sins and rescue us from eternal death. The forgiveness of sins - salvation from the penalty for sin - is applied to anyone who recognizes their sinful state, their inability to “fix” things on their own, and simply trusts in Jesus Christ and the completed work he accomplished for them on the cross.

Now what?

What we have been looking at is the road to salvation that the apostle Paul laid out in the book of Romans. The final aspect of this Romans Road to Salvation is the results of salvation. Romans 5:1 has this wonderful message, “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. ” Through Jesus Christ we can have a relationship of peace with God. And lastly, we have this precious promise of God from Romans 8:38-39, "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Take God at his word and claim His promise for your salvation.
Would you like to put your trust in Jesus and accept the gift of salvation he offers?

If your answer is no (bad choice):

One of the few guarantees in life is that we each will eventually die. Our only time to make this decision is while we are yet alive in these bodies. In the Bible it is written in Hebrews “it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.” (Heb 9:27). Only you can make this decision, and I pray that you will make that choice while there is time. Please feel free to get back in touch with us to discuss this further.

If your answer is yes (wonderful choice):

You can simply declare to God that you are relying on Jesus Christ for your salvation. There are no special words to say to him – it is your faith in Jesus Christ thatactivates your salvation. You can say something like:

"God, I know that I have sinned against you and am deserving of punishment. But Jesus Christ took the punishment that I deserve so that through faith in Him I could be forgiven. With your help, I place my trust in You alone for salvation. Thank You for Your wonderful grace and forgiveness - the gift of eternal life! Amen!"
